Kip was an amazing technician, who was really friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained his work. He really went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of and everything was working before he left. I really appreciate everything he did for us and am recommending capital city to everyone I know.

I am overwhelmingly happy with their service! I work for a property management company and interact with Capital City many times a week for our rentals. They are faster than Jimmy John's to get to you and provide lots of detail. They are fair priced and their techs are great at communicating all the options possible.

We needed our once a year servicing and decided to try Capital this time. Kip came and he was just great. He explained to me what he was doing, didn’t mind me pestering him with questions. Very good, I’d definitely use this company again. Oh yeah, Jane was great on the phone making my appointment. Customer Service is a big deal with me and this company delivers!

We’ve been using Capital City Heating and Cooling for our heating and cooling needs for years. Owners Michael and Jenny are great to work with and are reliable and honest. We just had Charles out to do our fall maintenance furnace check. He was so thorough…very impressed! This local company stands behind their work.

They were very professional when setting up my appointment. I got to choose a time and day that worked for me. The day of my appointment the Technician called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled due to some jobs not taking as long or cancelations. I was very impressed since most of the time companies run late. At first I said No because my hubby and I were at work, he says ok I'll see you at your scheduled time. Then I call hubby and he tells me he got off early. I gave him the tech's number. He called and the Tech came right over. Did a great job and even gave my husband some advice on how to protect it better from our pets hair. . if I could give more than 5 Stars I would.

I had a great experience with Rob and Francis' team. Rob is very knowledgeable and the team did a great job on the install of my AC and new Duct runs. After getting 4 bids these guys were the best price - more than half of what some other guys quoted! So glad I chose Capital City!

Years ago, my heater went out during winter when I was home with 2 kiddos. Capital City was the only company that would come out that day. The owner (I believe) did a minor fix for the night but told me it would need to be replaced. I couldn't afford that. He said he would never leave a family without heat and we worked it out. CC installed a new furnace for my a couple days later when I could make arrangements. Last week, my AC stopped working. CC came out that day after 6 (with no additional charge for after hours) and replaced the capacitor and was out in 10 minutes. Knew exactly what the problem was. Charles was friendly and efficient. CC will always get my business and my referrals.
