We’ve used Capital City for more than 10 years for a/c and furnace maintenance and have confidence that if and when we need repairs done they will be there for us. We’ve had excellent service from them and expect the same in the future.

We have used Capital City multiple times over the years and have always been very pleased with their services. We have had to have them repair both our AC unit and our furnace on different occasions, and they have always been incredibly professional and up front about any repair fees, and arrive within a reasonable amount of time after calling them. Their prices are very reasonable and we have never felt like they were taking advantage of us. This past summer we used them to replace our AC unit and furnace - we decided to replace them before they went out on us (they were both almost 19 years old). We decided to get some bids on replacing them and their bid was THOUSANDS of dollars less than the other company, even with upgrading to a bigger AC unit. They gave us a couple bids for different brand units and we felt the tech was honest and knowledgeable when we asked about the differences. They even gave us the paperwork to send in for a rebate offered from the gas company. We scheduled the install and they were on time and had it completed by early afternoon. We never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future.

Capital City is literally the best heating and air conditioning company I have ever used.They are honest and won't charge you to fix things that don't need to be fixed.

These guys rock and Michael is an awesome representative of the company. My ac unit had broken so I called Capital and Michael arrived at the scene in less than 3 hours for a quick troubleshoot and repair. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel like a priority. Capital City has my business.

Both of these individuals have some of the best technical experience in the industry and both repaired our heater and a/c not working the first time. They both responded within only a couple hours of calling. And they are both very personable - very hard to find both! A+++. Highly recommend Capital.

I've been a happy customer for over a decade, but although the owners are still excellent at what they do, I'm getting the impression that the employees they have doing routine service just aren't up to par any more. I've had an ongoing issue with them for the past several years where their technicians would come in and replace my perfectly good air filter with the wrong size or type. After a couple of years of this the owner actually came out and made it right personally, and promised that the issue wouldn't come up again. However, when it came time this year for semi-annual maintenance and a normal technician came out, same deal...replaced my filter with an incorrect size that likely caused damage. If I hadn't been careful and double-checked his work, this could've gone undetected until it made a mess of my whole system.

They'd built up years of good will with me, but it's been exhausted by an inability to do one simple thing correctly. I'd still recommend them for work, but sadly at this point I feel that I have to take time off from work to watch them like a hawk to make sure that everything is done correctly, even for very simple and routine efforts.

Our furnace died with a sputter and a clunk yesterday morning. Of course it’s February and the temperature was dropping fast in the house. I called Capital Heating and they had a tech out within about 90 minutes. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and although we would definitely need a replacement furnace, was very helpful in connecting me with Rob. Rob and I discussed options and settled on a furnace that would fit our needs. I expected that it would be several days before we could get it delivered and installed, Rob corrected that notion and scheduled me for the next day. The techs were here on time and efficiently installed the new unit and set it up for me. The best part was that the new unit was more reasonably priced than I had envisioned! All around great experience! Thanks Capital City!
