Michael and his crew are great!! They replaced our 40 year old furnace and added air conditioning to my business. Now our office is comfortable, my employees and customers are happy. I called after 6 PM when my furnace was kaput. I was pleasantly surprised when David said he could be out the same evening to look AND wouldn't charge an after hours fee! I was floored especially since I had called another company first and they would not have been able to come to my home for 4 days and even then it would be considered an "emergency call".

Not only did David communicate well, he followed through with everything he mentioned and did so in a very timely manner.

Kip came out the next morning to replace the part that had seized up and he was equally as kind, courteous and professional.

I feel 100% confident in their work, their team, and their charges. In fact, I signed up for their maintenance plan so I will see them again for proactive maintenance in the future.

Michael was great and gave us a fair quote for installation of a new furnace and AC. Upgraded our system for no cost and threw in an extra thermostat. Most of the work was done within a day but installers left something to be desired- they forgot to unkink a hose so the heater did not work on the first cold day, they stained our front door mat and concrete, and they dropped trash/building materials/drywall down into our crawlspace and left it. Our door frame needed pulled off to install the system with promises that CC would replace. It has been two months and the door is still not repaired with framing laying outside our house. The lack of communication and follow through is frustrating. Hoping to increase this rating when work is complete.

I discovered my heat was not working on a Friday night. Roger came out Saturday morning. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He showed me everything that was wrong and explained thoroughly. We replaced one part, but the second part would have to be ordered. He was still able to get my heat running and then he left. About a half hour later it quit again. I called Roger and we decided he would order that part on Monday. Shortly afterwards Roger appeared again! He was between service calls and wanted to take another look at my furnace. Imagine my delight when he got it running again! And it has been running beautifully ever since. The defective part will eventually need to be replaced. But since it is a bit pricey, I have decided to see if we can make it all winter. Roger is a Super Tech and I highly recommend Capital City. It is a GREAT company!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have known Mike and Jenny for a number of years. I had the installation of my heating and cooling system put in about 10 years ago and when ever I have had a problem I would call and the situation would be resolved. The technicians are very thorough in their work.

Hands down, best company to deal with for your heating and cooling needs!! I never knew how efficient a furnace should be until I had the company out to look at my old furnace. I got same day service that went above and beyond my expectations! Michael is a peach and so easy to get along with! I'm so happy to have a lifelong relationship with this company. This was my 3rd opinion and look at my AC which stopped working suddenly. I’m so glad I had them come out. I had two other companies come out and immediately push me to buy a new 9-13k system. As a new homeowner, I was freaking out a little. Roger was awesome and he felt like an old friend. He even gave me a slice of pizza! Stuffed crust by the way! What a man. No sales pitch and no bs. They filled me up with refrigerant and it was 3X less than the other guys. My house and wallet are happy. Will be giving them all future have business.

I've used this company for years. They've come out on a Thanksgiving weekend when my furnace went out, provided heaters to use in the interim of getting my new furnace. They were affordable, considerate, etc. They replaced my A/C, a duct line that a critter fouled and they do my seasonal maintenance. They are the best!
