We have been customers of this business for a number of years and every single time we have called them a real person has answered their phone and they have responded to us quickly and always at or before the promised time. In this time of long waits, failed time promises, and no-shows from other businesses it is an absolute pleasure working with Capital City Heating and Cooling. The last time we called them was just a few days ago, on the 1st of July, during a holiday weekend and in the middle of our first hot period of the year. We had company for the holiday and our air conditioning unit stopped working during the night. Concerned we would have to wait days for service, we were already trying to make alternative plans. Instead, when we called the next morning, they said they were indeed busy but would get to us before end of day and, true to their word, were here by mid-afternoon!
They have always been friendly, professional, and extremely reasonably priced! I would recommend this company to anyone, with absolutely no reservations!

We cannot speak high enough of Capital City Heating and Cooling. We had an A/C go out in one of our Airbnb's on a Sunday evening and they were over within an hour. They were quick, professional, and truly great to work with!

I can't say enough great things about this company. After a terrifying experience where my furnace almost caught on fire, Michael was out quickly and assessed the situation and spent hours determining the issue and what needed to be done. We needed a new system and they had it all installed the same day. We weren't even charged for after-hours service and this was all done on a Saturday. I would recommend Capital City to anyone who asks and even to those who don't ask. Great company, they make you feel like family and really take the time to be sure your system is working properly and that you're safe & sound. These guys are the best in the business. Did a complete new install of a Goodman system. Full system including thermostat. Excellent duct work. Everything was perfect. They know this stuff inside and out. They brought out two techs up to make sure the system was perfect. Scheduling was easy, and the installation crew arrived on time. I just want to say that they went above and beyond. They crew worked hard and completed the job that same day. A BIG thank you to Rob and the team. You guys rock - We highly recommend Capital City!

The staff at Capital City Heating and Cooling are always professional, helpful, and focused on providing a great experience at every interaction.

I've used them for several years now and have had them make repairs (they came after hours without an additional fee), maintain my units yearly, and provide advice on the life of my equipment. While many companies would say it is time to replace equipment based on age alone, they are always thoughtful, give me the real details of my unit and let me know that the equipment is in good condition and is in good working order so there is no real reason to change it out. When they tell me it is time, I'll trust them.

I have an ongoing service contract with them and it is the best money I've spent on this kind of service. Highly recommended.

I don't see a future where I'd use another company as long as they continue to provide this level of professional service. Highly recommended!

Kip from Capital Heating and Cooling was very invested in helping us fix our a/c and heat issues. We’ve had issue for 6 months getting our house to cool down or heat up and he was committed in figuring out what our issue was. Capital was sent to us through our property management, but we will remember to call back when we move into our own house! Thanks Kip!

The group - from the owners to the schedulers to the technicians and installers - are all top-notch professionals. The technicians are always punctual and communicative, and do not seem to be focused on upselling, like so many other service providers. On a 1 to 10 scale, they're a 10.

We had Capital City do a full system retrofit for a new Furnace/AC/Coil. They had fair prices, compared with other bids received, and better equipment selections for our needs with by far the best warranties. Then they called me six months later to schedule 1 of 2 complimentary tune ups that came with our initial purchase—which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.
