Don't ever leave reviews but I would be remiss if I didn't say anything about my experience today. I'm thoroughly impressed about the professionalism and quality of service. I had Electrical and HVAC work needed. Milton, Hunter and Justin arrived ahead of time, great communication and friendly. Didn't take long at all to figure out the problem and fix the problem. I'm very appreciative and that's why I purchased the membership fee. I'm a military member and it means a lot to have a reliable company such as Thompson and Thompson to call upon.

Our experience with Thompson & Thompson has been that they are reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Their inside staff are professional, respond in a timely manner, and follow-up on the process from beginning to end. Kevin was our electrician. Kevin was clean-cut with a great disposition. He was knowledgeable and we appreciate that he explained his assessment of our problems and the actions he needed to take in order to fix them. He also kept us abreast of cost at every turn and made us a part of the process. He worked diligently and completed his work in a timely manner.

This was our first time using Thompson and Thompson and it was a great experience two days in a row. The office staff was understanding and accommodating as we experienced a water and sewage backup into the kitchen sink. Major repairs were needed and we could not have asked for a more professional and conscientious plumber than Marc. He worked by himself for about 1.5 hours one day and 9 the next day. We would recommend Marc and T&T to anyone. T&T was also very responsive in getting a mold expert by today too. Wes was also very professional and accommodating.

Overall, a great first experience with the company, Marc and Wes.

Best plumbers in Savannah. I own a business and have had ongoing issues and these guys are always prompt, professional and it is very evident that they value customer service. I will continue to use them for any issues at my business as well as at our home where they installed a disposal and a new sink for us! Thank you for wonderful service!

This was my first time using TNT, they were very responsive, thorough, created a full solution for the problem. Leah in main office was especially kind, helpful and professional. Cliff was excellent at the site, my home and walked me thru everything in detail. Thank you for resolving the problem and protecting my home from potential water damage.

Jason and his team did a great job replacing the sewer drain pipe that was underneath the slab of my house. He is honest, and did only the work that needed to be done. I appreciate their work and highly recommend.

Preston and Robert were timely, professional, knowledgeable. They installed the garbage disposal in approximately 30 minutes. The only question I was asked is where is my circuit breaker panel. This isn’t the first time I’ve utilized Thompson and Thompson’s service and I choose to call them again due to the level of quality of service and professional.
