Had a leak in an old pipe line that runs underground beneath my home. Of all the companies I asked for a quote, Thompson and Thompson offered the lowest estimate and I can confidently say, they did an amazing job. Joe, the technician, and his partner worked quickly and efficiently to install the new line and even cleaned out and fixed my water meter box that had been previously filled with dirt and blocked by overgrown roots.

After the work was complete, I noticed the water meter was still moving a tick every 5 minutes on its own. I notified Thompson and Thompson, and Joe came back promptly and without hesitation, offered to double check the new lines that were installed and the meter has stopped moving since.

Overall, I had a great experience contracting this company and will be sure to return to them for any home issues that may pop up in the future. Thanks again!

All my drains were backing up. Thompson and Thompson got me a crew out today. Nick and Connell not only found the problem, but also went and got the part they needed and fixed it today as well. Very professional, explained what I needed and had no extra surprise costs. If needed in the future I will definitely use again. Thanks again gentlemen, great job.

Big shout out to Josh Owens for taking his time with the installation. He performed a clean job and explained why he was doing certain things. The company was very courteous and professional over the phone and in person. Their work ethic is beyond comparison. We apparently have a leak in our slab. Preston was very knowledgeable of his trade. Is very friendly and easy to deal with. He explained everything to us. They will be finishing the job in the near future . All I can say at this point is that we are truly satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.

The job now complete so I'd like to further my review. I want to comment on Chris Campbell. I can't say enough good about this man. Highly motivated, self-starter and definitely knows his job to the T. He offered cost savings ideas that really worked to our benefit which, in the long run will end up saving us money. Chris Campbell is a very intelligent man. He came in worked diligently to correct our problem. This man went the extra mile with no short cuts found.

I’ve used Thompson and Thompson twice now for gas line plumbing. They have always been responsive and courteous. Josh has been our Gas plumber and we have always enjoyed professionalism. I’ve also used them for water plumbing issues without incident. If you need plumbing call Thompson and Thompson.

I had issues getting my security system and doorbell camera to work with the existing wiring/electrics in the 1965-era home I just purchased. The previous owner had done a lot of DIY work, and some of it simply wasn't correct. Mr. Walter and another technician arrived same day (within about an hour, in fact) assessed the problem, gave me their price, and we agreed to everything before they got to work. There ended up being more wrong than I expected, and the work took some time. But they didn't leave until it was all done and everything was working correctly. Excellent value for the money, extremely professional and courteous personnel, and if I find I need an electrician again, I'm definitely asking for Mr. Walter.

Marc our service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took care of our immediate problem with the outside of house clean out pipes. He recommended what additional action we should take and gave us a quote. Also Jana who I spoke to in the office was fabulous in helping me get an appointment. It was amazing to get to talk with someone at the business in Savannah (not another state) and she knew answers to questions. That is getting to be rare when you call anywhere lately. These folks were awesome!
