Josh did a fantastic job locating our slab leak and repairing the job causing as little damage to our kitchen as possible. He definitely saved us a lot of stress, time and money. Much appreciated!

These guys are excellent.. Sunday early afternoon I had a back up of discolored looking fecal matter into my bathtubs and toilets. I called my home warranty company. After waiting 6 hours and no response, I called Thompson and Thompson. Joe came out promptly approximately 8:40'ish pm and cleared the line. Fast forward to Friday morning, while showering my toilet sounded like a boiling cauldron. Toilets wouldn't flush and shower wasn't draining. I called Thompson and Thompson back. After missing them two times, they came back around 5pm. It was Joe and Waziz(?), so kind and professional. The ladies I spoke with on the phone, ( I spoke with many) were all patient, helpful, and kind start to finish. They were also very reasonable to be after 8pm on a Sunday night.

Thompson and Thompson did a great job today. After some issues they day before, the came back out and took care of the issue like the Pro's that they are. I highly recommend there service. The technician Joe did a great job and was top notch. The owner Scott called me the night before to address the issues that I previously had and told me that they were on the job. Without a doubt this is the first plumber to call. I use them for my home and now my business. Thank you TNT for great and professional services.

Josh was Very professional. Called ahead to give me an arrival time, he respected my home he was clean and knew what he was doing. I felt completely at ease and knew immediately I had made the right decision in choosing this plumbing business. You’ll be happy with them. They are my first choice.

Ben located the issue in our kitchen sink and helped fix our garbage disposal, saving us time and money on either installing a new one or redoing the plumbing to get rid of the disposal. He even showed me how to solve the problem myself if it happened again! He then, when I asked about a different sink we'd been trying to clean out, showed me how to fix that issue too. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Because of his amazing service, I'll be going to Thompson and Thompson for any issues in the future!

Preston and his helper did an awesome job of fixing the bathroom sink and cleaning the drain. On time and very professional. They were both very pleasant to my elderly parents and took time to explain things in detail to them.

These guys specialize their services! Had the water heater flushed and a hardwired smoke alarm moved. 2 different services with 2 sets of guys each. They were all knowledgeable, professional, quick and completed the work with clean-up at a very reasonable rate. All the guys were very friendly, easy to work with and very polite! Good to know there’s a company I’d trust to use again!

Justin was professional, informative and just a joy. Any questions I had he answered and was very detailed. He gave me many options for follow up, that would help my system last until I could totally replace it. 5 stars all around! Thompson, you’ve got a good one in Justin!

Awesome job, repairmen fixed issue temporarily and will return tomorrow (Wednesday) with schematic and issue why panel light isn't working properly....awesome job for now.
