Thompson & Thompson Service Group

I had three challenging jobs that Thompson and Thompson's techs performed beyond expectation: run electrical for a tankless water heater install and washer/dryer relocation, install the tankless water heater, and plumb out for a washer/dryer relocation. I have never had such exceptional work and satisfaction before.
Rob and his intern Kevin did all of the plumbing. They arrived on time, listened patiently to my questions, and cleaned the worksite upon completion. Being an excellent teacher, Rob shared his vast knowledge with Kevin and allowed me to listen in, as well. I learned so much form his experience and encyclopedic understanding of plumbing. The two kept me informed every step of what was happening and how the project was going, and I cannot express how amazing it is to have open communication with an expert. When finished, Rob and Kevin thoroughly checked all of their work and would not leave until they were sure that everything was done perfectly.
I am pleased to know that I have a reliable company with exceptional prices that I can use for such work, and I will be recommending Thompson and Thompson without hesitation.

I had Milton come out and give an estimate and replaced my water heater the next day. He is efficient and knowledgeable at what he does. He was very kind to explain everything he was doing. Excellent customer service 👏

Rob installed a new Bradford White water heater, replacing one that had been here for 28 years. Glad to see they only install Bradford White! It's a great water heater- manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I'm from. He and his assistant were great for exchanging HVAC war stories.Oh yea- Rob also has some incredible ink and he gave me a great referral for a local tattoo shop to finish my own work. Overall great guys. I highly recommended!

two units were in old, bad shape......new systems were installed Both took long days work but were finished in one day....great work along with clean-up

T & T is helping me install a bathroom in a new daylight basement. So far so good.

Walter was my tech and he was great. Very professional and really took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. A little pricey for diagnostic testing, but overall pleased with services.

Had a water leak issue and Thompson and Thompson were able to get someone out quickly with no problems. Preston and his assistant were polite and professional. Did a great job. Highly recommend them!

We've recently been having trouble with our water heater. We had to call Thompson & Thompson out a couple of times to look at it. With the age of the unit in the end we decided it would be best to replace it. They gave us estimates with options, which I liked and advice ( Preston )as well. They replaced the system in a very timely manner, well ahead of expected. Preston was great, gave us good advice and even took the time to explain things to my husband on the phone. I really appreciated that.
The only negative thing I would say is, the first time they came out to fix the water heater, the pilot light went back out in a matter of hours. When I called back the next day to let them no, we had to make another appointment and wait another week for them to come back out. Which we also had to wait a week for the first appointment. I my opinion since they didn't fix the problem the first time, our problem should have taken precedence over other first time appointments, and not have to wait another week to be seen again. Also we paid them over 500 dollars for the first visit, since we ended up replacing the whole system which was very costly I personally think it would have been nice if they would have taken something off that price for that first visit.

Marc was an excellent tecnician. Very knowledgable and thorough. Took care of the problem thoroughly and efficiently. Very pleased!

Dillon was excellent to work with. He was very thorough in his work and completed the job quickly and expertly, not to mention he is incredibly friendly, even to pups.
