I’m had a problem with my kitchen sink drain. When I called they handled my request quickly and had someone here promptly. The Tech was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, taking time to answer all my questions and insure everything was resolved. Thank you to everyone at T&T who made the process easy and pleasant.

Cleaned my HVAC system for free, which lowered hmmmmm my utility bill. Jaden and Logan did a great job and were very respectful and professional.

I needed the master bedroom bathroom sinks repaired. One needed a new pop up / sink drain stopper, and another was clogged and needed to be cleaned out. They did both with great care, professionalism and kindness. Nick and Connal were a great team, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

I call Thompson & Thompson on the morning of 10/10/2022 to ask them to check on the status of my septic tank. They came out the same afternoon and uncovered the tank and determined that it was not full and was acting properly. They came out the next day and cleaned the sewer pipes under the house, the cast iron pipes having corroded somewhat, restricting the flow. All was complete within 34 hours of my call. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service.

Roots had grown under slab crushing sewer line. They cleared out the huge roots crushing the line and repaired the line. James (forgot his last name) was very professional and answered my questions. I highly recommend his services.

Dillon helped me out with some breakers and kitchen outlet issues. Super nice and courteous guy. Would use again 5/5. Thanks for the help!
