Thompson & Thompson Service Group

T&T came out promptly for an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. We were so grateful for their service and ended up hiring them to install a new tankless gas water heater. They were able to complete the installation right away and were friendly and professional. They provided frequent communication throughout the process and we are so happy with the final result. Thank you Thompson and Thompson!

We had an issue a few months ago that returned and Thompson and Thompson came back out. Turns out our small problem was a massive one.
One hole through our kitchen floor revealed a disaster under our slab. In the building or remodeling the prior home owners did NOT pitch our sewer pipe correctly and we had a very difficult situation to deal with.
Chris Campbell was our technician and was ultimately the essential professional in his contact, courtesy and intensely hard work. While our problem was a major one lasting four weeks he was always doing his best to line up the outside resources and equipment needed to be there. It was a very expensive and difficult task, at 4 weeks and approximately 16k….but we shudder to think of using anyone else. They always cleaned up inside and worked with our working schedule.
Don’t have photos of the outside trench, but it was pretty intense. They took care of our issue and made it right the way it should be. (They provided options as well and we went with the hardest, but the CORRECT option for future permanence)

The vendors they did have to work with, at times were difficult to schedule, not Thompson and Thompson fault, they really pushed to get it done right.

I contacted the company to have someone come out and install my washer and dryer. It needed to be changed from a 4 prong to 3 prong due to an older house and the washer needed to be connected to the dryer for the steam line. They knew what needed to be done and sent the appropriate contractors (I assumed). The guys showed up promptly and did not look very experienced. Needless to say, they did not do the job correctly. My washer ONLY runs hot water and the steam line runs water to the dryer every time I turn the dryer on! This SHOULD NOT happen! I called to tell them company thinking they would do the appropriate thing and send out someone as soon as possible to fix it fast at no charge since this was their error. And especially since I paid $340 for the service which was a rip off in itself! The call center person said she could send out a plumber because those were electricians to look at it but they might charge me for whatever service he did! Are you kidding me?! You should have sent the right person to do the job from the beginning!!! I SHOULD NOT be charged again for their error! A good business would have corrected their mistake at no charge and done so without stress to the customer!!! Very bad business! And way overpriced for poor work.

A bunch of unethical thieves. They will rob you dry. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I am suing them for the $5000 they robbed from my family for a plumbing job that was never corrected yet they kept charging us. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to my father who has multiple apartment budlings. We will take our business to a company with morals and values. I have contacted the local news outlets and they will be covering our story. Scam artists!

An incredibly responsive and professional resource in Savannah. Called them in during a construction crisis and they certainly delivered. So happy with this firm.

So, Thompson and Thompson was fast, effective, and good. I had a leaky toilet where the service line broke and the tank's bolts weren't as tight as they should have been.

The technicians were very friendly. I believe they were done with the job in like 10 to 20 minutes, but as other people mentioned it's 50 dollars for them to come out and the job for less than 20 minutes came out to be over $300.

I kind of feel like I should have drove out to Lowes and got some better tools and have a YouTube ready.

They were good, professional and fast. I would recommend them. Also was able to finance through them which helped out during this high inflation that we're in

Definitely the best company in this area to take care all your needs in my case with my A/C unit. They will come to your place within 24 hours max.

I want to convert my electric stove to gas. From where I want the tank to the stove is 15 feet away. Granted going through the attic makes the line about 25 feet long. Now realize, I wanted just the line. No tank or appliance installed. They had the audacity to quote over $2600 for a job even their man said would only take a couple of hours. I would have given zero stars if possible. Take your business elsewhere.
