Prompt service, great communication from the office, friendly technician who arrived on time and gave a heads up call. Ben inspected our septic tank and gave us an honest opinion that it didn't need to be pumped. Would recommend this company and technician.

Robert B. was outstanding. He was here before the time expected allowing me to get back to work which was much appreciated! He went above and beyond digging down to the septic tank to identify the problem even though he could have left it for the company that would be pumping the tank. He was professional and informed me of the problem and how we could handle the repair. I would certainly call him again if the need should arise!

We needed a faucet cartridge replaced on the bathroom shower. Jeremy and Tim were our techs this time and finished the job fast and efficiently. They called to say when they were on the way, which we like so you're not stuck at home waiting for several hours. We have used RooterMan Plumbers several times before also.

Had an emergency plumbing issue. Called and they came pretty quickly. John was awesome. Explained everything up front and fixed the leaking line quickly. Final charge was very reasonable. Will call them again if I ever need a plumber.

Our needs were met in both quality service and price. We needed four sinks and two bathtubs replumbed with new fixtures. Virgil was respectful, clean, and professional. It is nice when someone comes to offer a service and leaves a friend.

When I first called I spoke to Wendy, who could not have been more professional and friendly. Dennis arrived within two hours and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. What a horrible day, very hot and humid. Very pleasant gentleman responded to our desperate call (septic tank back up). He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did an excellent job. Will definitely use this company again if and when needed.
