Nigel (Lead Electrician) and Lance Jr. Provided excellent service. Very professional, on-time, looked at the 32 ft tall ceiling, assembled scaffolding and got the job done perfectly! We recommend Thompson and Thompson and will be using them in the future for home services!

One of the best customer service experiences have recently had. The main water line into the house was leaking badly on a Saturday. The timing couldn't have been worse. Called and got amazing help from Casey at customer service who made the appointment easily and quickly. She was friendly, informative and helpful. When I thanked her for her great service she humbly downplayed her role as just being someone who answers the phone and makes appointments and she was extremely grateful for the compliment, which was so refreshing. Joe Cushman was our technician and he was fantastic. Showed up within 10-15 minutes of my making the appointment, completed the repair quickly and correctly, explained everything he had done and answered my questions in a clear and straightforward manner. What I thought was going to be an entire weekend without water in our house ended up with us having our water off for only about 2-3 hours. And while I expected the bill to be a disaster, especially given that it was emergency service on a weekend, it did not turn out that way. While not cheap it was far less pain than I expected, especially for a leaking...actually spraying...main water line. Thompson and Thompson is highly recommended.

We found a pin size leak in our wall of the shower. Our home warranty could not get someone out for 4 days. I called Thompson & Thompson and they came out the next day. Fixed the leak and left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend Thompson & Thompson anytime. Thanks

Very professional and courteous of n the process of getting concrete laid and my front entrance isn’t in the best shape but he keep the outside dirt at a minimum. His workmanship I couldn’t ask for a better job. I’ve had many things done in my home and after the technician would leave there was always some sign of work had been done. I have to say with the only sign of work was new installation and spotless workspace.

I love these guys. They do great work and they truly care about the customer. I was so blown away with the service and expertise that I became a member. I called two years ago for help on a different problem and they did marvelously then and especially now. I would highly recommend Thompson and Thompson, especially Jonathan Holt-Smith as my tech. We have used Thompson & Thompson for two separate jobs. Scheduling was painless in both instances. The office was friendly and efficient.

Rob and Terry came out to replace our water heater and install a whole house filter system (along with another technician later who assisted). Every technician was friendly, timely, conscientious, detail-focused, and treated our home as if it was their own. We really can’t say enough about the crew that came for this install.

The second job was a small (but frustrating) issue of a persistently leaking tub filler. Tim came out and quickly handled it.

My technician was on time as per our agreed to appointment time. He was very courteous and customer friendly. We were pleased and totally satisfied with the work that he did.

Shaun C. repaired and cleaned the heating motor on my HVAC unit. I am extremely pleased with the service. I contacted T&T for a second opinion regarding repairs needed to my unit. Shaun found that the motor was actually working, which the other company wanted to replace with a cheaper, off the truck motor, but badly needed to be cleaned. Shaun kept me informed of the issues with the motor as he was doing the assessment and repairs and found that my unit was working properly after the motor was cleaned out. I avoided getting a cheap replacement motor and potentially other charges by getting a second opinion from T&T and having T&T do the work.

Just received my estimate and it seems very reasonable. Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous

They were great all around. Very professional and poised. They communicated clearly and were extremely knowledgeable. Very thorough diagnostic of the system and had it running like a champ in no time. Definitely using them on the future if any problems arise.
