They were able to schedule me for next day services. Very professional ! Preston came out this morning and fixed all my issues. He was very descriptive and what the issues were and how he planned to fix it. He was able to resolve all my issues upon the initial meeting.

Unfortunately we were never able to book this company for a job despite the wonderful customer reviews from others which originally prompted me to reach out for an appt. Reached out to get an estimate for the first service listed on their website (hence the reason I called because they were advertising it as a service). Phone agent didn’t seem to have any idea they offered the service and seemed quite unprofessional when I said it appeared to be a service on the website. Booked an appt for an estimate a week out which is fine because I understand everyone is booked and busy. Specifically requested they reach out to my husband should they need to for the appt and gave my husbands number for the estimate as I would be at work. It was clarified they would do this. Everything including the address was confirmed over the phone. A simple address that I actually reiterated a few times on the phone. The day of the appt unbeknownst to me I had received several missed calls stating the plumber was on the way although I couldn’t see these at the time due to being at work. My husband received none despite me asking them to reach out to him and nobody turned up. After the appt time had passed my husband wondered if anyone would be coming out so reached out to the company and with a little bit of back and forth managed to get the plumber on the phone who had been assigned to the job. It turned out the plumber had gone out to give the estimate but somehow had gone to the wrong house. Stated a completely different number back to my husband. Something I don’t see being possible getting mixed up so badly when it was reconfirmed on the phone. My husband clarified this was not our address. Due to the nature of the estimate the plumber stated that he could get an estimate emailed to us by later that day or the next morning without having to come back out. We received nothing apart from the next morning a text asking us how our plumber had done. Since just about everything went wrong - initial conversation, wrong address, no phone call to husband and now no estimate when promised I gave a sad face on the survey. Followed up the day after I assume by the receptionist asking when they could reschedule the plumber to come out. Safe to say by this point we had gone with a different company. Either a complete lack of communication or just a series of unlucky events but I just couldn’t recommend this company based on getting the very simple things so wrong.

They came on a Saturday to make sure we actually needed the septic tank emptied. Turned out we didn't and the plumber cleared the block in the main line. Awesome response time and honest employees. Our go to plumbers now.

Tim, of Thompson and Thompson (which I guess is a part of Rooter Man), did a great job fixing my sewer line blockage. He was very personable and gave some maintenance tips to help avoid this issue in the future. He was exactly on time, worked cleanly and quickly, and even did a quick replacement of a part in my toilet tank that was about to fail. He also took a moment to figure out the positioning of the sewer line in my backyard for my future reference. Overall excellent experience!

Bruno did a great job. Told us about a faucet warranty we were not even aware of. Clean quality work. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Only downside was that we were quoted a price to install our faucet so we accepted. It apparently took longer than expected and we were charged an extra 1/2 hour. Since the original quote was a specific price for the job and not an hourly rate I would think that the original quote should have been honored. If it was not for this pricing concern - I would have easily given his work a 5+ rating.

Danny was very nice. He came in for our residence after an emergency call. Poor guy had his work cut out for him. He did the jobs in a quick timely matter, and made sure the problem was fixed. He made small talk with me a few times which was better than the previous tech who didn't even speak to me. I never even was told his name. I would hands down tell them to send Danny back out if I needed Rooter Man services. He was excellent!

Being a business owner myself, I know how important great customer service is and Bruno was awesome! This was our first time using RooterMan Plumbers and we are very impressed. First, it was an emergency call on Friday morning and all other companies I called could not come until Monday. But Amanda at RooterMan was so friendly and helpful when I called, and they were able to come the same day. They kept me updated on when the field tech would arrive and they were on time and got our severe plumbing issue repaired quickly. Bruno explained everything he did and gave us suggestions for preventative measures in the future. And the price was very fair. This is a very professional company all around, from the person that answers the phone, to the field service technician, to Wendy who took our payment. We will definitely use them again and will refer anyone we know that needs plumbing repairs!!!!! Thanks so much...Dana

I live in Brunswick, Ga. not many options when it comes to choosing plumbers in this area. Rooter Man Plumbers were out of Savannah, Ga. a good 90 miles from my location. The appointment was set for 9 am on a Monday, they called thirty minutes before to make sure I was at home and he plumber arrived at 9 am. I was amazed since the local people when you can find one are always late. Robert was the plumber who handled replacing the water supply line from the street to the house connection in my crawlspace. He's as good of a worker as you will find and very polite. I would and have recommended this company to friends and family. The price charged was comparable to competition so you have to remember you get what you pay for. I'm satisfied with the job and consider it a job well done.

I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, June 9, 2020. I called Rooterman and was in touch with Tyler within 30 minutes. He came to my house within 2 hours (he was on another call when I first spoke with him). Tyler assessed the problem quickly and cleared my blocked drain within 30 minutes. Tyler also took the time to educate me on what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. He kept his work are neat and clean and charged me a fair price. I have used Rooterman in the past for the installation of three new toilets and have always been pleased with their service. This time was no exception. I have also recommended them to several neighbors. Thanks for being there when I need you and providing 5 star service!

We needed a plumber right away and the company we had used in the past couldn't get to us for a few days. So we called Rooter Man Plumbers based on their reviews and are glad we did. Virgil arrived when they said he would, he was professional, he solved our problem quickly, and he really seems to enjoy his job. We would definitely use Rooter Man Plumbers again and we would ask specifically for Virgil. He's great!
