I had a pipe burst the first day I moved into my new home. Milton came quickly, turned the water off, taught me to turn the water off myself, checked for further damage, and all around was as sweet as could be. He was willing to try to fix it in the dark, under my cold, wet house. Such a great guy! Thank you!

So, so happy! This company did this job for $1k less than we were quoted from another plumber. We have a house built in the 1950s and our bathrooms are an awkward shape and Nick did such a great job! The place is as clean as it was before he came and he installed two new toilets and a disposal! The dispatchers were very nice as well. Highly recommend this company and Nick especially.

Zack and Zack were excellent!! They were patient in the extremely hot weather and they were absolutely phenomenal!!! If anything were to happen we would definitely choose these guys again!! Absolutely phenomenal!!

Our technician, Dillon Taylor, was excellent. He communicated with us about when he would arrive. Once he was here (on time btw) he was friendly and very technically knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed and fixed several electrical issues around the house. He was polite and honestly just fun to chat with. The quality and speed of his work was outstanding. I will certainly give Thompson and Thompson repeat business in the future.
