Called Thompson &Thompson @8am with a water main leak under our driveway. They were here within an hour and finished bu 1pm. Other companies wanted to tare up driveway. They replaced line without having to do that. Saved $3000. Tim L. Was extremely nice and professional. Incredibly hard working. Great company!! Will use from now on.

We have had to have multiple electricians come out but, after finally calling Thompson and Thompson our problems were fixed. Cory our Tech was very professional and took his time. He explained everything and made sure before he left that everything was working right and we are happy.

A technician, Damien, responded at 10:30pm on New Year’s Day. He determined the problem- broken water pipe due to the cold snap. Lance and Damien returned the following morning to continue the repair. I highly recommend them, as well as their dispatcher who could hear that I was in panic mode. Thank you.

The electric toilet/bidet in our son's room had become stubbornly clogged, and despite our desperate efforts, would not flush properly. This was extremely distressing as it is difficult to find someone familiar with the proper care of our type of toilet.
Enter Thompson & Thompson and the amazing technician Peston. Within 20 minutes, he had miraclously displaced the toy or whatever it was my five-year old had decided to flush away without damage to the mechanics, computer system, or any other part of the toilet.
From my first call to the service center, their knowledgeable staff assured me that they would be able to resolve the issue. My appointment was scheduled quickly. Peston arrived on time, after calling to make sure it was still convenient. He was neat and I am pretty sure he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it.
I will recommend Thompson & Thompson to anyone who will listen. Five stars.

Adding to my earlier review in regards to the recent electrical work from Bobby, Sed and Erwin. They added a new outside panel to my house. Very speedy and did it right.
