My technician Bobby worked diligently on an electrical panel that was very much a rat's nest. He explained everything that he was doing and was kind enough to work circuit by circuit so that we had power throughout the time he was here. I would highly recommend Bobby and Thompson and Thompson

Maurice H. showed up for our clogged pipe that was making the toilet back up into our shower. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t give up until he got the clog out. He tried to snake it through the outside clean out pipes (which had almost zero water) and when that didn’t work, he took the toilet off and went down that way with a snake. It took a few times with the snake to get the clog out. Each time I worried he was gonna give up or not be able to fix it. He worked on it until he got it. He didn’t leave until he knew everything worked as it should, and water was coming through the clean out pipes clean not dirty. My son (8) was all in his business and he welcomed him and let him help him. He was so kind and we are so thankful for him.

The Customer Service Representative worked me into the schedule upon discussing the problem. Once Josh arrived, the issue was diagnosed, I was given an estimate (explained the charges) and the problem corrected. Pleased with the care shown and willingness to help with the resolution.

They were able to send someone the same day I called. Robbie McCullough (technician) arrived during the given time frame and called 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue and presented a couple of different repair options. Robbie was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He was able to repair the non-functioning system quickly. While he was here, Robbie noticed an issue with the other HVAC system that would have likely resulted in the same problem within a very short amount of time.. particularly with hot weather on the way. He was able to repair that issue as well, likely saving me another diagnostic fee and possible several very uncomfortable days. I will definitely be using Thompson and Thompson again and will request Robbie McCullough when possible. He is most certainly an asset to the organization.

Justin came to service the Air Conditioner unit at the office of Meyer and Sayers, and he did a great job. He was very friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner hasn't worked in 2 years and he fixed it for us in just two days! Keep up the good work.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Tim installed a gas line for my kitchen renovations. He did great work, in a timely manner with total professional service. He help me figure out what I needed and made sure I didn't over pay. They also offer military discounts.

Gary Smith and Michael were thorough in figuring out the electrical wiring issues we have had since we moved in. They were professional and made sure to explain the issues with our light switches while working. They even went above and beyond by cleaning any debris left. Their services are highly recommended.

Chris came out perform routine maintenance on hvac and did a great job. He was through and informative. Would like him out for all future visits.

Jonathan was very professional. He did a great job of explaining my problem to me and suggested a solution. He was not pushy and represented the company well. We will use this company again!
