Canady’s responded to my need to have a technician to my home quickly since my outside line was frozen. Having no AC with a wife, kids and animals in the home during the summer wasn’t going to cut it. Kevin S. who had just done my system check up the month prior was the technician who was sent to the house which was great. He knew the layout and knew of an issue we found previously. Was quick to address the issue and provided me the feedback and quotes for additional work if I wanted it. Kevin was professional and courteous. Highly recommend and will request Kevin in the future.

Andrew by far is the BEST technician you could have! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and even offered services to help me bundle my expenses. Thank you for answering all of my questions and providing grade A service! I will definitely be move forward in my consultation.

Very pleased with the service provided. Efficient, knowledgeable, and let me know what he was checking and why. No run around when we found out my system is shot. I wasn't pressured into buying new parts, just to have something else go bad not long after.

Once all was done, my best option is to get a new system. He was able to set me up with someone quickly to look into getting a new system.

All my questions were answered. If he wasn't 100% certain on something he let us know and didn't try to make something up.

Mason was our technician. He was very polite and finished the job very quickly and professionally. Explained what had happened and showed us the difference with the drains making sure we were satisfied with the service. He gave us quotes to be sure it was something we wanted to move forward with. Overall great first time experience with Canady and I have Mason to thank for that! Will definitely use them again if we ever need someone.

Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. Came out to do annual service for our 2 units but found a compressor problem from recently installed unit that will require a replacement compressor under warranty. Very nice guy who kept us well informed throughout the visit. Highly recommended!

Scheduling was super easy through their messaging system. Andrew was professional and personable. The problem was identified quickly and options were explained thoroughly. Our new toilet was installed quickly. This is our second experience with Canady’s. We had our HVAC units replaced by them last year. Highly recommend!

Very Good experience Tech Billy Tingley from Canady’s Air and Plumbing was very courteous, he made the me, the customer, feel like the most important person he will be dealing with this week. Very professionally, letting me know exactly what he was going to do and asked for my input on making sure the service was the way I liked. Very efficient, he was prepared , worked quickly even bring his own broom to clean up his work area when he was done. Impressive

Drake was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he found upon inspection and that it would require an electrician. He recommended an electrician named Michael. He also was excellent! He got back to us right away, fixed the wiring and was affordable!!

It can be a real stressful situation when your air goes out and you know that you're probably going to pay a load of money just for them to pull up in your driveway. But I really feel like they gave me the best deal possible. The gentleman who came out explained everything to me, gave me options to choose from, and was really professional and very considerate. Will continue to use this service and suggest to others as well!!
