Matt is very personable, great guy, and gets the job done!

I requested an appointment through Canady’s website in the evening.
They contacted me first thing in the morning to tell me a technician would be out - they couldn’t give an exact time, but followed up with phone calls, emails and text messages to tell me who was coming out and when to expect them.
Nice touch - they included a photo of the tech so I knew who it was when he arrived.
Ethan was prompt and efficient. He kept me informed as he went.
I did not have a service contract with Canady’s when I call but I do now!
Very satisfied.

Andrew was very informative about what he was doing for the maintenance for the AC system. Polite, curious and respectable. Young man did a great job explaining everything and answering all questions.

Marlon Reno is a wonderful human! Genuinely professional- extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough (Master at his craft). Marlon took the time to listen as well as address my concerns.
