Drake, the technician for Canady’s, has been dispatched to perform service on my AC system twice in recent months. I am super impressed with his knowledge, tech skills, and problem solving. Drake is super friendly, courteous, prompt, and you immediately know he knows his trade. Canady has proven to be the best service provider to call for HVAC troubles; they are fortunate to have Drake!

Chris Deal replaced our fan, and performed annual maintenance. We've never seen our outdoor unit this clean before, it looks like it's brand new! We hope to see Chris again as he was very polite.

Devin Todd, Service Tech at Canady's Heating & Air has restored my faith in Canady's ability to provide good Spring preventive maintenance service on my HVAC. After 2 previous failed experiences I was reluctant to have the Spring maintenance performed. After being assured they would send out a Senior Service Tech, Devin Todd showed up at my house the very next day. Devin did an absolutely tremendous job servicing my HVAC. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, capable, professional, polite, and well mannered. Canady's should be proud to have such asset like Devin as an employee. He represents their company at the highest level. In short, am a satisfied Canady's customer and will definitely use them again for service on my HVAC.

Kyle was excellent. Very thorough and meticulous. Went out of his way to diagnose our HVAC problem, even venturing into the crawlspace under our house on a cold rainy Saturday.

Ben did a great job and resolved a system failure quickly. I always use and recommend Canady's because they consistently provide courteous and excellent service.

Cody came out to do our Cooling Club maintenance and he was amazing. He took time to explain how our system works and the issues we may see pop up with it as well as options that could help our system run better. He was not pushy but very informative and helpful. If I can request Cody for every call from here on out I would.
