Have used many different HVAC companies in the past, and Ferguson Heating & Air-conditioning has been by far the best. Have had Matthew service our system twice now, and hope he is the one we get every time. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and is happy to explain what he is doing and why. Highly recommend them.

This is my second time using Ferguson (2 different issues) and both experiences have been 5+ star! Joel was our latest technician (4.27).
He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - what more could you ask for? Within minutes he diagnosed the challenge, fixed it and even changed our air filter. This is full service! Absolutely amazing!! They came right out and provided us with superb service in order to get our A/C unit back operating correctly. Air conditioning unit quit working yesterday. Call Ferguson for repair. They were able to send a tech out right away. Matthew came to our home and was professional and very courteous. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem quickly, and got the system running again.

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning is a pleasure to do business with. After a bad thunderstorm, my thermostat stopped working. I called the next morning and by that afternoon Abraham was ringing my doorbell. Abraham quickly discovered the problem, explained what parts would need to be ordered, and repairs done to get the system up and working again.

Ferguson always sends an email and text message with the technicians photo and expected time of arrival. I’m never left waiting around hoping someone shows up.
