We recently purchased a Heating/AC Unit from Ferguson. The unit is working beautifully, and the installation was very efficient. The crew finished in one day - amazing. However, as you are aware, Heating/AC Units can be purchased all over the Atlanta Area. What distinguishes Ferguson from the others is the stellar customer service they bring with them. Rick Glover and the crew that accompanied him, Jordan, Hunter and Caleb, arrived on time, prepared to work hard. Well mannered and friendly, but very professional, they made the experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend Ferguson and the people that work there. You will not be disappointed.

The coolest thing happened today. Abraham at Ferguson fixed my air conditioning on a Sunday! All the work was done by an exceptionally professional and friendly technician with almost 10 years of tenure. And the work was fairly priced. An extremely pleasant experience overall considering the circumstances. I would recommend you call Ferguson anytime you need service for your AC.

We have used Ferguson’s for several years for general maintenance and occasional repair of our original builder grade units and have always been happy with their professionalism and honesty. When the borrowed time of our second floor unit finally ran out, they helped us make an well educated purchase of a new unit. If not for the truck in the driveway, some coverings to protect our floors and occasional opening/closing of the front door, we wouldn’t have known installation was even happening. Jordan and his partner were courteous, efficient and so quiet. Abraham and Brandon are both equally courteous and efficient when they’ve made service calls. Whenever someone asks for HVAC service recommendations, we will always say Ferguson’s!

Trying to find a good price AND a quality system is so tough, but Ferguson made it easy! We were able to save money on our new unit while also knowing we were getting great quality. Rick and his team have great customer service and answered all of our questions (and we had a LOT of questions). Very glad we trusted them to help us take care of our home!

They service our HVAC system and they have replaced our systems. They were never pushy they gave us multiple options and with the pros and cons of each option and allowed us to make the decision on which direction we wanted to go. Very Good Company!
