Abraham deserves a bonus!! He said he would arrive on Sunday around 8 and he did. He immediately knew what the problem was, had the right parts in the truck, and solved our problem! Great job! Abraham has serviced our system many times. Always on time, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Ferguson Heating & Air because of his professionalism!!

Brandon was really great. He answered all of my questions about the work he was doing on both systems, and he talked to me about the best ways to maintain them. He was honest, professional, very knowledgeable, and also easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Ferguson Heating and Air for their excellent service.

Our technician, Joel, was very experienced and explained every step, and showed me exactly what was wrong. He was also very friendly, fixed the problem completely. He was very thorough and efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. Another good experience with Ferguson, I trust them completely.

Amazing response from the Ferguson Service team. My system had a relatively minor problem but on a cold day with sick kid at home from school. They rearranged their schedule and sent Joel directly to our home. He got it working promptly and saved the day. Best of all, it was still under warranty and didn’t cost a penny. I can’t recommend Ferguson highly enough.

I called about a leaking condensate pump and they were here within an hour with a replacement. Courteous and professional. Answered tons of my questions about my upstairs a.c. ductwork and options totally unrelated to initial service call. (Thank you, Abraham!) I decided to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan on the spot. Very happy with their service!

I had a UV light installed on both of my HVAC units today. Ferguson employees were here promptly, were very professional & completed the job in a timely manner. They wore the blue booties over their shoes when going upstairs & took all trash with them. I am very pleased with their service.

Working with Joel Leonard was indeed a pleasure! He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous at 8:00am on a Friday morning!!! An “Extremely” knowledgeable Technician and the speed in which he assessed and repaired both the furnace and condenser spoke volumes about his experience. I know that when I need service or have to replace my heating and air conditioning units, I will call Ferguson first and request Mr. Joel to come to the rescue!
