Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been a customer of Ferguson for many years and they always take care of our needs. Susan in the office is wonderful and the technicians Abraham, Brandon(today's technician) and Leonard are excellent.

Our technician Abraham is always professional and courteous. He explains everything he is doing and will let us know how are systems are working. He is always on time and very neat with is work. We highly recommend Abraham and Ferguson Heating & Air.

The crew arrived on time, were extremely courteous and fixed an aging gas line that was close to failure. Great service, total pro's - definitely recommend to anyone !

Preparing to remodel a basement garage into a car detailing shop I needed as much head room as possible. Alan and his guys were up to the challenge! They were not afraid to use creative options and some real inginuity to get me all the head clearance possible. After doing such a great job on the solutions and estimate, they helped me with an additional option or two that could save me a few dollars. This built a lot of trust and I will be using Ferguson Heating & Sir for the maintenance of my entire system going forward.

Joel, called when he was 30 minutes away from my home stating he was on his way. He arrived promptly and began trouble shooting the heat pump in my basement. He was extremely thorough when checking all the components. He replaced the capacitor in the unit and went around to all the registers to determine if it had helped. He also checked the cooler to insure it was okay and again checked the registers to see if the unit was blowing strong. Unfortunately, the same problem existed. Joel went to the outside unit and the fan was running but he was unsure if the compressor was working. He placed his test equipment on the compressor and unfortunately it was bad. I couldn’t more please with Joel’s effort and explanation of everything he was doing along the way. I highly recommend Ferguson Heating and Air and especially Joel as a service technician. I called Ferguson's and talk to Susan who in return got in touch with Rick Glover. Rick came out and we discussed replacing a Lennox Mini-Split unit for our server room. Rick's insight and equipment knowledge help me avoid what may have been a costly mistake down the road. It was information concerning the equipment that is not ready available to the consumer. I checked around with other Facilities Managers and they all had, had trouble with said equipment. Rick never once tried to sell me anything. he just gave me the information and let me make the choice.
