During the estimate, Rick spent several hours examining our previous system, reviewing the duct work from initial construction, and checking all connections. Then, during installation Jordan and his team were superb. They were punctual, hard-working and polite the entire 2-day process. Kelly, the technician, was outstanding!!!!! He provided detailed, thorough maintenance service. He explained what he was going to do, did it in a timely manner and in closing explained the results. All while doing this, he maintained a very pleasant attitude....you could easily tell, he enjoys what he does. We had the problem with our HVAC not cooling. I scheduled online for a check-up of the system, Ms. Susan contacted me and sent Abraham. Abraham a very fine young man was able to diagnosed and found the problems (condenser fan motor and evaporator coil with major refrigerant leaks). He placed the order of the parts and rescheduled the next visit to replace the broken parts. Evaporator fan motor first and it was Abraham and Nolan who did the work patiently and did some more checking of the entire system. Nolan was also a very fine young man same as Abraham, both were very pleasant to work with and has always a smile in their faces. The next visit was to replace the evaporator coil, this time Abraham was not present but Kelly and Nolan. Kelly was friendly and professional as Nolan and Abraham. Kelly and Nolan patiently replaced the evaporator coil up in the very hot attic. And they made sure that the system was working efficiently before leaving our residence. I am so happy with their services, the entire duration of work Ms. Susan was keeping me informed of the schedules. Thank you Ferguson Heating and Air, you have very happy and professional staffs that help customers. I highly recommend them.

I was just doing my yearly due diligence of HVAC maintenance because I hadn't been happy with my current HVAC company for a while and really wanted to find more reliable, well trained, knowledgeable companies and HVAC technicians to feel more secure and comfortable with. I was so happy when I ran across Ferguson. I read up on them and their reviews and loved the fact that they were a well-established, long standing company. From the moment I called and spoke to Susan and told her about my needs, she was on it. So personable too. Within days my techs showed up-Kelly and Nolan. They were both so professional and kind and responsive. The morning of my appointment they even showed up ahead of schedule, so I had the rest of the day. They worked eagerly to resolve any issues and was so, so thorough. Many companies don't take time out to properly inspect everything from top to bottom, but not Ferguson. I was so happy and thrilled with how exhaustive and thorough Kelly and Nolan were. It was such a relief to finally have a company like Ferguson and techs like Kelly and Nolan who cared about my HVAC needs and comfort as much as I did. The Ferguson Team has been servicing my HVAC units for the past 10 years and have done a great job. Rick Glover recently came out to review my units after a service technician recommended I investigate options between repairing or replacing my unit. Rick evaluated the current situation and made the recommendation for the next appropriate step for repair/analysis. He did not automatically push for replacing the unit. We’ve been very pleased with the service we’ve received from Ferguson for the past three years. We have an annual maintenance plan for our heat pumps. They take good care of everything, and are courteous, honest, and prompt. They were highly recommended by the previous owner of our house, and I can see why. The tech Abraham called when he was 20 minutes out. He showed up on time and did his troubleshooting in 15 minutes. Repaired the unit and had it cooling back to normal in about an hour. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Previous company said it was my attic insulation which it wasn't. Only called Ferguson based on online reviews and was very satisfied. Very comfortable working with Abraham and Ferguson. I highly recommend Ferguson and ask for Abraham, he'll get it fixed at a reasonable price.
