Took a very long time fixing my system claiming they were waiting on parts, ten days. Tried to tell me UPS didn't deliver on Juneteenth, shortly after I had just gotten a package from UPS. While at my house I Iooked at the shipping label on the box and the parts had been shipped well before they claimed to have received it.

Kyle came out the same day I called Townsel Heating & Air to assess our issue and provide an estimate on fixing it. I got multiple estimates and his pricing was very competitive. They came out and replaced our AC unit a few days later. This all happened in less than a week, which we were very appreciative of, especially given that this occurred during a week with heat warnings. I highly recommend Townsel Heating and Air. We moved into a 20 y/o home in Tyrone GA last January that had the original a/c units. Two of the three were on there last legs so we got quotes from four different companies in the Atlanta area. I was surprised when Townsel proposed the highest seer variable speed Bosch units at a lower price than the competitors lower seer higher cost units. After a lot of research we pulled the trigger and were able to replace all three units with the lower cost from Townsel. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we have received during and after the install. The gentleman who educated me on the systems and sold them to us, was also leading the install team. This was unlike the bigger companies that sent out a high pressure salesman with a higher quote. I will refer them to anyone who asks.

Last year I called Townsel because both of my units needed replacing 18/21 years. One wasn’t cooling anymore, which prompted the call. Townsel came out within 72 hours to diagnose and replace both units. Fast forward to yesterday. My main unit compressor was not kicking on. I called Townsel and they came out next morning (today). It took 5 minutes of diagnosis and years of wisdom. A wasp decided to arc the capacitor. Swapped it out and we are now cooking again. Downtime less than 24 hours!
