Josh was our technician and he was great. So far I really like this company. They don’t try to sell you on a new heating system (just try to fix the issue at hand) of course my heat goes out the day before the coldest week we have had in as long as I can remember… Josh came out quickly and even returned later in the day when we had another issue pop up.

I contacted Air Logic on 7/5 when our AC went out on our downstairs unit. I spoke with Ashley who was amazing! She offered some trouble shooting suggestions for me try first to see if the unit would start working. I knew then that this was the company we wanted to do business with. We scheduled an appointment for 7/7. Not only did the technician arrive earlier than the time given, he was professional and skilled with identifying the problem and making the repair. Air Logic did not overcharge us nor try to upsell us on any other products or services. The technician left and emailed me the invoice for payment. I will be recommending Air Logic every chance I get. The level of service provided exceeded our expectations! Plus the air is working great!! Thank you!!!

My 2nd floor AC went out in the hottest week of the year. Air Logic came to the rescue quickly. My technician was Caleb and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend!
