After my My Technician David completed service on my AC units. I understand why he was late today. It’s because his customer service is exceptional. He took his time answering every question and explaining the process of what he was doing, and if he did it for me, knowing that he had another appointment to go to. He did it to the previous appointment before me and I really appreciate him. And his work ethic. He really shows that he love what he does for a living. I wish every business had a David.

Kevin and Bryan were awesome. Said they couldn't get it repaired until the next day, but surprised me when they showed up that same afternoon and fixed it. He could have gone home but didn't, instead they made time for us. Top notch service that is hard to find these days. Awesome experience! Good folks!

What can I say about David! He’s the best that’s what I have to say. I’m a girl that doesn’t know much about hvac so I had a few questions about the services David performed on my multiple units, he answered every question, was super friendly and very professional. I wish I had called them years ago! I will most definitely cancel my home warranty to have John Davis perform checkups on my units. Try them out I promise you won’t be disappointed.

We called John Davis because John's brother, Kevin, lives in our subdivision. Our unit was froze up, so the first tech who came out couldn't do anything until the unit thawed. Kevin came out the next day and found the problem. Due to our unit's age, we decided to replace it. Two techs came early this morning and installed our new unit in about 3 hours. I'm very happy with the new unit and I'm grateful to know a company who is honest with their customers.

Very responsive, professional & excellent communication. They came out promptly on a Saturday morning to successfully repair two of our units that a previous company was unable to fix. We were very impressed with their services & will be using them for our HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!

I have been under contract with John Davis for over a year now. My experience has been excellent! Their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. They arrive on time and always make sure to keep the area clean.

These guys are stellar! Our technician Brian was punctual and professional. He explained every step and symptom of the diagnosis. They got my a/c up and running and I couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely will be telling my friends and family about these guys.
