I found this company off of their google reviews an choosing them to service my unit was a great decision. I strongly recommend Terry as technician as he is very knowledgeable and is very kind. Terry did my seasonal maintenance on both of my units and also corrected my airflow distribution in two of my rooms. I will continue to use them and request Terry's

I was wanting a new system for my upstairs to replace the twenty year old unit that was original and ended up replacing the main level and upstairs units with new systems. Kevin and his crew showed up on time on a Saturday early July and worked until about 2pM until finished. Very clean and courteous during all the pandemic stuff and were very professional throughout. This was over a month ago and I thought I may be having a problem so Kevin and David came to check the unit to make sure everything was perfect at no charge or argument about making the trip.

After spending so much money, it is nice to know I chose a great company with the professionalism to match. You don’t get this kind of service a lot of the time anymore. Thanks guys!!

Now you know it's crisis mode, when your air goes out in this heat. After discovering at 6:30p Friday, my air condition unit was not working properly, and more than air filter change, searched for service, fortunately Kevin Davis answered immediately when called their business,. Came out next morning, on Saturday, and I am back up, and cooling it. 5+++++

I had a wonderful experience but did not use you because I had to go with someone that was more affordable for me at this time. Kevin was friendly and professional and I thank him for the service he did provide during the estimate appointment.

Last night my AC quit working. I called John Davis Heating and Air this morning and they sent one of their technicians out this afternoon “Terrell”! He was absolutely AWESOME...! Terrell diagnosed my issue within minutes and had the part I needed. Replaced the part and thankfully my AC is back up and running. In this brutal GA heat this week, I cannot thank John Davis Heating and Air enough! Highly recommend...!

Kevin was extremely professional and knew all the issues that could potentially happen with our system as some many others have had in our development. Extremely friendly and had great advice to ensure our HVAC system works for years to come.

Another no show, lack of communication company. Just bought a new house and noticed the HVACs were struggling. Scheduled an appointment and the tech never showed and dispatchers never called or followed up. I reached out they said sorry and offered a $200 discount on a new install, I’m like huh, and responded with “I want someone to come out and evaluate my systems to know my options”. Then never heard back from them. They went total MIA. Not sure what’s going on with HVAC companies, but even if y’all are super busy there is no excuse for going MIA and not following up with customers. In the end, I contacted Reliable Heating & Air and as their name suggested they were reliable and came out on time, cleaned, tested and evaluated my older systems, gave me the truth and a few options. I decided to purchase two new Trane ACs and furnaces as well as a new tankless hot water heater with a recirculating pump in cash with a good discount. Y’all lost out on that business. Good day.

Tech did a good job servicing my HVAC. NO SHORTCUTS. Very respectful. Trust him in my home. Thanks so much
