the excellent service began with the first phone call to inquire about repair. Patricia took our information and immediately responded back to tell us if they could provide what we needed and she validated whether or not our AC was still warranted. the next day Kevin came and evaluated what would be required. He promised a new system would be ordered and upon delivery would schedule installation. to our surprise one day later they called to schedule the install. which was believe it or not that same afternoon. they are Great! service from start to finish was the best.

John Davis Heating & Air Inc replaced my upper level 5 ton heat pump with a SEER rating of 16 about 3 weeks ago and my lower level 4 ton heat pump with a SEER rating of 20, 3 days ago. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Each was done in a single day. I would recommend them to anyone interested or needing their services.

Kevin Davis were so amazing and fast like “the flash”got my home. They installed all brand new systems after the day we called for help and sevices on June. He was so friendly and professionally in everything that he are doing. I'm so happy with all the results. Thank you Kevin and David, you guys are the very best!!!! 😊

Mr. TERRELL was prompt and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before hand and gave us all the options. He diagnosed and fixed our problem within an hour. We called in the morning and they cqme out same day. I highly recommend John Davis Heating and air.

Terrell and Aaron came to my house on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and provided me with the friendliest, professional service I have received in recent memory. My air conditioner had gone out and they arrived on time and went into detail to explain to me the problem with my AC. They also gave me the most cost effective way to fix my unit. I do not normally write reviews but I was more than impressed with their service. John Davis Heating and Air now have a life long customer because of the work of these two gentlemen.

Very impressed! I met with Kevin, he was informative, honest, and very polite. He explained how my system operated and gave me peace of mind about my system. I currently have a carrier ac and heating system with a failed compressor. I may consider replacing my entire system with a different system, he recommended due to his expert knowledge, personality, and patience.
