Just started the HVAC maintenance plan which really puts my mind at ease, especially as many neighbors have experienced A/C issues in our new community. Today’s visit was very timely and thorough. Really appreciated the post-servicing review by our technician, and the great communication leading up to the visit.

Absolutely incredible service! Got introduced to them from a friend. Had 2 ACs break on me. In the matter of days the problem was diagnosed, was fairly quoted on new units, and had them fully replaced. I truly appreciate the great service Airco!

My A/C went out today, I called AIRCO and they were able to have someone come out the same day. The technician was able to quickly identify my issue, repair it and got my house cooling again, I am so thankful for the great experience and customer service AIRCO was able to provide me with today!

Overall great experience from scheduling with the office to the technician that serviced my unit extremely respectful and honest. The only company I use now and I refer them to everyone I know 2 thumbs up

I give 2 because the tech does seem knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My unit it just shy of 2 years old and is now down again for the 8th time. Last time it broke, I was informed I would be paying labor in the future, yada yada yada. It's brand new, broke 8 times and now going out again! If this was a car I could get it lemoned!! I will happily change this review if airco makes good on the POS carrier unit they installed in my new construction home.

I am not one that normally would leave a review. And the few times I have was only to show recognition where its needed. I have used Airco for a long time. So less than 5 months ago we purchased a fan motor for our smaller unit. This past saturday it went out. I called Airco to find out what the warranty was and after having to call back multiple times I was given an anwser of it only carrys a 90 day warranty. 350.00 down the drain. Wasted. I had another company come out and look at it and they stated that the fan was over tightened and it broke the fan. Fast forward another day and my three year old unit that I purchased from Airco stops working. I call them and leave a message with their on call system. By 10 when I hadnt recieved a call back I called again to only be told they didnt see any calls from me. Explained to them that I needed my unit looked at that it was making funny noise and the fan was not working. They send someone out and come to a diagnoses that the Defrost board is bad. I never got a call back until two days later to inform me that the defrost board was covered under warranty but the labor to install the defrost board was 202.00. I normally wouldnt even question it but I had already priced out the board through another company. There price for the board and labor would be between 175.00 to 180.00. So much for that 10 year warranty they claim their products carry. How am I able to go through another company and get a better price than the one I spent all my money with and they promised a 10 year warranty on parts?

This is one of the best company that we have used for our heating and cooing system. And our technician Mr Bruce was very knowledgeable and did his job very professionally and we are very happy with the job he did he will be our first choice technician from Airco. We love Airco.

My service tech Tyler was efficient and thorough with the process. I would recommend him and the company. Prices are reasonable as well.

Great service in and out, job done efficently and in a timely manner, would not use any other company and will always recommend Airco!
