Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning

This company is amazing. They were on time and were very very professional. I called them because the air in the front of our animal clinic was not working. Brandon M. the technician came to help me. He was soooo nice. He was professional and most of all he was honest about the issue. The previous company I had come out a few days before told me the whole unit was bad and needed to be replaced and the cost would be around $2000-$5000. Ferguson( Brandon) came out and looked at the system and determined it was a fan that needed replaced and I only had to spend $500. I’d recommend Ferguson to any and everyone I know. Be sure to ask for Brandon M. He’s the best and he deserves a raise. When your tech is on the way they text you to let you know and they also send a picture of the technician so you know who’s arriving. Great Company

I called not expecting to have anyone come out the same day and the technician Matthew was very detailed in his effort to find what the primary issue was as well as any possible underlying issues. His attention to detail and explanation of the repair were just as excellent as his service. I definitely will utilize and recommend services In the future!!!

Used the 24/7 service and was surprised on a Sunday afternoon when they responded. Very kind and prompt service. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained not only what happened but how to prevent it in the future.

I have used this company several times before and I must say they are The #1 Choice for me. When You use or say the words: Integrity. Customers First, Respect, Friendly, Professional, Trustworthy and Knowledgeable that is Ferguson Heating and Air Conditioning Company. Look no further for another company and I will guarantee you will never find another company on the top of their game like this one.
The Service was Excellent and Price is affordable. They Do Not Over Charge you in Event of a Crisis. They are simply a Stand-up Legit Business. On the day of my service my husband to return to work while the technician was in route. I contacted the technician but he was already at my house. I let him know I was about 10 minutes away and me said okay. However, due to the traffic that 10 minutes (turn into 25 minutes delay and he still waited until I arrived). And Guess What? The Technician was friendly and Professional and did have any discord because I was late. This is the Company I am talking about Customers First.
My Heating out for 4 days and it was cold. Because of Ferguson Business Policy and the Respect and Integrity they have for Customers. I did not look for another company and waited until they were able to come out. Just Remember the Price, Price and Price because they are AFFORDABLE

Very hard working people and so very polite. My neighbor recommended them and so glad he did because I had originally gotten a quote from Coolray who for one, weren't very professional, didn't care about my concerns, and seemed to only want to replace my entire unit which would've been 6k+.

Ferguson was instead able to give me a couple options for when my AC went out last year, one that was more of a short term solution and under $500, and the other being a solid fix at ~$2k.
They worked through the very hot temps getting the job done very professionally! I've been recommending them since last year when they first came out.

Great company, prompt and thorough. Two technicians came on a Saturday to replace the AC unit in my condo which was the original unit that put up a fight coming out. They persevered and got me up and running. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service I've dealt with from the person answering calls all the way to the owner himself. When calling back to to raise an issue and provide them with constructive feedback, the best the lady answering the phone could come up with was "I'm just a dispatcher, I can't help you". After calling non stop for a couple of days, I finally heard back from Mr. Ferguson whose solution was to send a technician and undo what was done. If you're looking for customer service, look elsewhere.

During a heatwave, my heating and air conditioning stopped working. I called Ferguson Heating and Air and they responded. The technician tried diligently as I watched to get the air to work but was not successful. I spoke with Dee and Candice (two very efficient and caring ladies at the office) who where able to assist me. I met with Mr. Chuck Kieslich, their Comfort Consultant/Install Manager. He definitely lived up to his title. Mr. Kieslich made sure the installation of my new unit done without any problems. I was also impressed with the work ethics of Robby and Logan, the installers. They left the work area spotless and there was little evidence work had been done. I have been with this company for many years. I have called other companies, left once, awhile ago, only to return.

Both Logan Singleton and Robby Tollen were on time, polite, professional and did an excellent job. They clearly explained each step in installing my new HVAC System. It works great and I am greatly pleased. Abraham Anwar, my sales person, was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining my different options. Ferguson Heating and Air is the best HVAC company I have ever been a customer of.
