Been with Cool Air for many years and consistently happy with the service I received. Had the need for an Emergency service call and Kyle was assigned the case. He arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly and was great to work with. Thanks for what you do.

My dehumidifier had an issue with drainage. Mr. Dean Williams came out and did a fantastic job to adjust the drainage pipe, add extra sensor and make sure the entire configuration is sound to avoid future problems. Thumbs up! Definitely recommend this company.

Since I started dealing with the company, I never had any issues in regards to customer service, or having a bad service experience. The installation of the new units were performed on schedule, and maintenance is always good at the time previously set.

He was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems, he was very thorough, and he made sure to keep me in the loop throughout his assessment. I had a very good experience with my Technician Terry Winfrey. While he was trouble shooting the system, he explained everything he was going to do and also teaching me a few things about my A/C system as I watched. Upon completion of the job the work area was left in a very neat order as before he came. Terry was on time and very professional. He maintained the job site, and he gave me confidence the job was done right. I highly recommend Terry for air condition and heating problems.
