Ricardo was very professional, knowledgeable and good at explaining the problem with the HVAC system.

my system is NOT providing any heat and i’ve attempted to reach out to Jason Keating multiple times. however, i can only reach his voicemail since the installation was completed and he has NOT responded at all. i’m very disappointed and i’m feeling very manipulated.

Tommy was one of the more untrained service professionals we’ve had in a while. Made a number of misstatements, was obviously bothered by questions (was rude to my wife and a guest), and seemed intent on maximizing the price. I place most of the blame on poor customer service training. Cool Air has some really well trained technicians that go above and beyond for their HVAC services but I won’t be calling them for plumbing services again.

Quit sending me emails and text messages! I don't want to use your overpriced, pushy, incompetent service providers! Give me an option to unsubscribe from ALL!!!

Incompetent and Dangerous. BE CAREFUL THEY DON'T BURN DOWN YOUR HOME. The technicians from this company are untrained and unsafe.

After bringing the wrong size unit, and deciding (then changing their mid) that water needed to be shut off to everyone in tower of the condo building, they installed a HVAC that doesn't cool and doesnt turn off. Not to mention they BURNED MY COUCH while using a blow torch without any protective equipment!

They left the doors off of the HVAC closet and the warm air running nonstop all night with no way to turn it off. There are scuff marks and dark soot stains all over my floor. We are still waiting on a resolution and considering a full return and starting over with a new company, but the experience has already been so frustrating I strongly recommend NOT using Cool Air Mechanical.

Mike was very knowledgeable . He did a thorough job with the preventive maintenance for our two units. He answered all our questions regarding his findings and addressed all our concerns.

Sean was great. Very friendly and easy to understand explanation of the situation. I will be switching to Cool Air for my maintenance needs in the future.
