The more I work them the more I regret using them. They installed a new system and created a traffic flow issue in my basement. Easily could have gotten it 1k cheeper (Costco thing) and the latest is the service tech took down my duck work and failed to replace. Called and have been ‘disconnected’ times. Ugh

Dominique Givance-Smith was the most thorough and conscientious tech that we have experienced. Clearly, she was fluent in AC maintenance and committed to excellence.
