Kyle came out to do preventative maintenance on my unit. He arrived on time, checked the system, adjusted the setting on the thermostat and replaced the filter. Very personable and courteous young man. He listened to my concern, did what needed to get done and now my house feels warmer than before. Thanks Kyle

Mr. Mike Dawson is an excellent professional clearly diagnosing and providing solutions for the HVAC maintenance of my two systems. He explained every aspect of the process. He provided photos of my HVAC system to help me understand how things were working.
It was because of Mr. Dawson I signed up for an extended service contract.

Requested a quote to replace a 4 year old air conditioner with a heat pump. After 45 minutes of inspection and quoting Cool Airs Alex provided a solution and the price. the quote included a Lennox CX35 condenser when I already have a CX35. Alex explained it was a newer upgraded version of the CX35. That is absolutely false, it turns out to be replacing the exact working CX35. Alex also quoted a Lennox EL17XC1 AIR CONDITIONER, not heat pump. The $6,700 quote would have replaced my current WORKING equipment with the exact equipment, NO HEAT PUMP. Alex tried to push me to sign and I was inclined to but did not. Good thing I did not sign and continued my research on the quote. This quote has nothing to do with my heat pump request and everything to do with replacing perfectly fine equipment with the same set up. Do not trust anything they say, do your research!!!
