The technician Cool Air sent, Troy, has been coming to my home since I first purchased a service contract 8 years ago. He knows me - I know him - and he is familiar with my home and HVAC system. He is professional, polite, and respectful of my home. Very efficient and effective technician. I highly recommend Cool Air and Troy.
My service technician was Xin and he arrived earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem on my HVAC unit and repaired a leak. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. Great service!
HVAC system replacement. Jose and his associate arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional in all aspects of the job. Very knowledgeable of the product and explained what they were going to do and got the removal/installation completed in less than six hours. I'm very pleased with the completed product.
Nima was very professional and helpful in advising us on how to move forward with our situation. He shared multiple solutions within our budget that would fix our problem. Nima also did a great job explaining anything that we didn’t understand. Thanks!
Technician is a good person but he has not enough experience.He unplug the fan motor connector last week and telling me the pressure switch is corrupted. So he got the pressure switch today and after install the pressure switch still same problem. Not working.Actually he forgot to plug it back after open the fan motor connection last week. My old pressure switch was good. Nothing wrong with the pressure switch. I think he has lack of experience.
Okay it's late at night and I just had a chance to look further into what I thought was a con-job on me about replacement parts for my HVAC system. I'm under contract for twice-yearly maintenance and this time my technician was very talkative and full of information. That made me believe in him...but when he told me that it would cost $460 to replace two Compressor Capacitors, I thought that's very strange in pricing for the part and for the installation service. He was so convincing that I needed to replace those simple parts, that I agreed. I vowed to check the part pricing alone and have just done that...the capacitor can be gotten online from anywhere from $20 to $34 depending upon the source...so I ask you how can a reputable service organization then charge you $460 to replace two different capacitors? Have I been taken...yes, yes, yes. I most likely will not renew any services with this company. I then asked for a Gas Water Heater quotation that amounted to over $2,700 which I thought was absurd...given my recent experience, I can only believe that absurd isn't even a properly descriptive word.
Nima did an excellent job at explaining my HVAC system options! He is knowledgeable and professional. We have not yet made a final decision, but we do know we would be in good hands with him and his company!
