I am continually amazed with the outstanding customer service that I receive from the technicians at Cool Air Mechanical. Louis was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. But more importantly on this visit he was a "marriage saver". Our AC had been out for almost 3 weeks trying to work with my insurance company. Louis came out and quickly assessed the problem and made a complete repair very effectively. He even went the extra mile to show me how to solve an associated problem.
I have confidence when I call Cool Air Mechanical!!!

Cool Air does great work. The issue is that you cannot get appointments in a reasonable amount of time. On my last appointment, they cancelled due to scheduling issues. It took more than 6 months to get them out to do their work. I am on a pre-paid contract and so I find this to be unacceptable,

Kyle conducted our service today, which included HVAC maintenance and installation of bacteria-reducing ultraviolet lights.
Kyle is always pleasant, helpful, and does an excellent job. He reflects very well on Cool Air Mechanical, and we are happy to have him as our service provider.

Customer service representative was less than helpful. The young repairman was on time & professional. I have called Tyler to register my complaint about what was insensitive comment from a customer representative when i called about having no heat. I have yet to have a return call from Tyle. The second repairman was quite professional as was the first one.

Kyle was very helpful on the coldest morning of the fall. I thought my thermostat was broken. I had no heat the night before due to my error. I had touched a button and never knew there was an unseen program in the unit. I just hit heat if i am cold etc. But I got it on hold by error. He taught me, and I now have a sign above it, telling myself what to never do again. He is a pleasant person to have working for Cool Air.

From appointment confirmation and scheduling updates to fine tuning whole-house A/C and dehumidification, Cool Air Mechanical has been outstanding. As with any major modification (in my case, it was the addition of two dehumidifiers and fresh air tuning to my home's HVAC system), some fine tuning is usually required after installation. Cool Air has stayed true to their commitment of customer satisfaction to that end. They are not satisfied until the customer is totally happy.
A big shout out to Jack Godfrey, an excellent HVAC pro who analyzes, explains and implements all that is required to make a system work as it is designed. He is technically competent and economically conscious of the customers concerns.
Additionally, Tyler who represents Customer Relations for Cool Air has also been true to the high standards of customer satisfaction, timely in his responses and attentive to specific customer needs.
All in all, you will not be disappointed with Cool Air Mechanical.

Dean was amazing! He was caught up with another job and though he came much later than anticipated.. he was so helpful and resolved the issue. He was not rushed and made sure everything was in order before leaving!
