Louis Gusmann did an excellent preventive maintenance of my HVAC system, was courteous and responded resolving all my questions.

Our service man Danis Gomez was on time and was very efficient. He answered our questions and was very knowledgeable. We would definitely work with him again. After talking with him about the system and the required maintenance it needs, we signed up for a plan for a 6 year coverage. Thank you so much for your help.

I have used them 6 years ago through Costco to install new HVAC. They were pretty reasonable at that time ( comparing to others)and efficient. I was happy at that time . I have tried to use them this year again for an other property, their quote was 100% more than I got from a different reputable company, similar system, same warranty. They need to get down to earth. Shop before you choose them.

Nima took time to explain his recommendations for a new HVAC system and walked us through the offerings and allowing time to ask questions as needed. He is also proving options for the quote. Extremely knowledgeable and professional!

I want to apologize to Keenie and his Managers or Supervisor for not getting this survey out sooner. I am 73, so that should explain a little.
Wow!!! Having over 2 decades of Customer Service, I was very impressed with this young man. I understand why Cool Air and by extension Costco have him on their staff. There is an old saying the apple (Keenie) doen’t fall to far from the tree (his Bosses), I say this because often employees reflect those in charge.
What an OUTSTANDING experience with Keenie. He made my wife and I feel like family as he explained the different packages, the advantages one from another, and the savings. There were no questions that were not answered.
Keenie arrived on time and got right to work. Right from the start he was respectful and wore a mask. My wife was very excited even before Kennie arrived because the heating and air conditioning units have Costco backing it and Next Door members highly recommended Cool Air.
But the icing on the cake was Kennie’s visit to our home. I am always anxious when having a representative come to my home to sell something and being on guard not to get rip-off. Well, that feeling went out the window quickly. After Kennie inspected our home and crawl space and explained what we needed and NO TIME during his presentation did we feel PRESSURED.
This young man was professional, intelligent, and well-informed about his product. He helped us to see that even though our old heating and air conditioning were in good condition we could do better while saving money and having a healthier environment at home.
The only thing that we regret during his visit is that we would have to wait until May to purchase the unit because we want to pay for it with cash.
Thanks a million, Keenie, YOU are truly an asset to Cool Air. We will be seeing you soon.

2 professional technicians came out today on time and efficiently installed a new thermostat for one that failed. They were quick and thorough and patiently explained the thermostat and helped cleanly get it connected to Wi-Fi answered all my questions. Great job Edgar and Juan! Your company should be proud and glad you're on their team.

Had a good experience with Cool Air Mechanical. Recently moved into a new house with an older HVAC system and signed up for a preventative maintenance plan. Dalva was very friendly and thorough checking out my system and spotted some repairs that he was able to perform on the spot. It was great to learn about my system and now I know it's in great shape for the rest of the summer. Thanks!

Technician Sean O'Shields. showed up to my house on time very polite and knowledgeable fix the AC and gave recommendation what needs to be done. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Cool Air. Thank you so much Sean!

I have not use Cool Air from this location but did use the service when living in Roswell, GA. Jason Keating came to survey my HVAC needs which are quite unusual. He gave me information that will be helpful when my need arrive in the near future.
