Winston and his team were very professional. The team installed a new AC/heat pump system with air handler. Winston answered our questions and kept us informed to ensure my wife and I understood what was going on throughout the entire process.

Salesman Jason K. came out to our appointment. I had information about the product that he was recommending with retail price and install price. It also had the recommended SQ/FT for the BTU. Everything that I was told by the salesperson was contradicting what the manufacturer recommended. He was also a bit argumentative when I showed him the info. I've been in sales for 30 yrs and I've had to educate customers but I don't argue with potential buyers. He seemed like a decent enough guy he called on his way over but his sales skills was a bit lacking. I wish him all the best.
