My tech Brian Dye is super. So knowledgeable about my variable speed unit. I was having trouble with cooling and heating, and he immediately figured it out when he got here after doing some test that most techs would not know how to do with this. it was such a pleasure to have a technician be able to explain to me, and terms, I can understand exactly what was wrong, and how to proceed to fix it on top of everything he was exactly on time and that is very much appreciated. I highly recommend Brian and cool air mechanical!

I was very pleased with the technician that came out and performed the maintenance on the A/C & Heating System. Also help in continue the Residential Preventative Maintenance Agreement so that my mom's system is covered.

Jason did a great job today. During his routine maintenance visit he replaced two capacitors that were rusted and going bad, replaced the upstairs filter and added coolant to the downstairs unit. He was very professional and did his work quickly.

Zack is an awesome technician. He explained what he found after running diagnostics, what he would do to eliminate the issue and preventative measures we could do going forward to keep our system running optimally. It is refreshing for a company to employ knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and conscientious people. For the customer, it makes a world of difference. Understanding this is probably the hiring goal of most companies yet few, if any can hit all the key points in a hire.

Well, I've spent over $40,000 with this company. On two occasions I've put in the most expensive Lennox a/c and furnace system available. Since they've installed the systems, I've had multiple problems with the thermostat which was also replaced. When the second system was put in I noticed that the technicians brought out some new wires but never installed them. The last visit, they sent out a supervisor who told me that new wires need to be installed from the system out to the AC. He said that he would put me on the maintenance work order list but couldn't give me a date. Once again, my thermostat is out, and I am still waiting for them to run the lines that they say is needed. Needless to say, I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service. Since posting this they have come out to my house and replaced the wiring so I am hoping this fixes my problem once and for all. I will upgrade the rating once I'm convinced it's fixed for good.

This review is related to the sales person Daniel Bezden. Daniel was the Salesman for Cool Air. Rarely have I met someone who was as personable and knowledgeable as Daniel was. I liked how he took the time to explain the process to me and how he was able to work through all of the issues to come up with a satisfactory sales number for me. The best thing is that he helped me to understand what I actually needed versus what I thought I needed which were two Greatly different things. If I were going to start a company and I had to rely on outside salesman to sell my product, Daniel is the guy I would hire I was very impressed. Thank you so much I hope the installation of the furnace and various items goes as well as the sale did.

I was pleased that technician Terry Hightower was considerate enough to cover his shoes before entering property on a rainy day. He went right to work and checked the unit and reported it was operating normally and I was thankful. I will call on this company again as needed.

Excellent first class service from Sydney W. to clean my dryer ducting. Tech was on time, and gave me all the details about what he did... he even checked the actual dryer working temp after the cleaning. wow way to go Cool air !!
