Called around 8:00 p.m. due to the fact that the fan unit was not working. The technician arrived right around an hour later and was able to identify the problem within minutes and make a workaround for the fact that the control circuit board had failed so that at least we had air conditioning overnight until we could make arrangements for a more comprehensive repair or replacement the next morning.
