Office picked up on my first call and scheduled an appointment for me the very next day. Jack arrived earlier than expected and completed our repair in 30 minutes. He also gave me a heads up about possible future issues.

Will definitely use them again.

10/19 - 10/21 - Art Scott saved us from overspending at another HVAC on the services that we needed. He stayed in contact with us and explained everything that the technicians were going to do. The team came right in got to work and fixed issues caused by the shoddy work performed by 1st Estates Management and Consulting (Meloni Boatswain) if you hear this name run away immediately!!! One hour heating & Air conditioning replaced and rerouted the poorly installed ductwork, installed a new furnace, water heater, and a/c unit. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company!!! I’m so glad that I found them! I will be using them again for other projects!
10/16 - Steve K. arrived prepared with the right tools and right vent elbow to do the job. He explained what he was doing and why the rust happened in the first place. He made sure that the problem would no longer happen again. I already knew that the furnace needs to be replaced and Steve mentioned that the furnace was old and would eventually need to be replaced. I set up a consultation for a sales representative to come out and quote me a price for the installation of a new system. I’m definitely in good hands with One hour heating and Air Conditioning!!

We had a previous company come out
And charge us outrageously. The problem wasn’t fixed and we found ourselves with 80 degree upstairs. It was miserable! We called first thing in the morning and he called 20 minutes out, he arrived and answered all my concerns! He resolved what he could- and with incredible kindness and even discounts as he could, and what wasn’t resolved we have a plan for and an appt set. I am more then confident we will get it taken care of and further more be charged properly and fairly.

Matt and Dennis did an amazing job replacing my heat system.
