Jack Snodgrass is awesome. On time,pleasant and thoroughly serviced my furnace. I would not hesitate to have him return for future furnace needs.

Jack Snodgrass advised us that our 27 year old furnace was on its last legs so we decided to have it replaced now rather than wait for it to fall on a cold winters day. Again we used One Hour Heating and A/C Loganville GA. Our installer Matt Barfield and Dennis were a great team. Arrived on time, were polite and thoroughly professional. Great company from sales Richard McWhorter, scheduling, installation this is an awesome company to work with.

Richard did a excellent job in cleaning my ducts! He also suggested tips to prolong the life of my HVAC system.
