One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Atlanta

After meeting with several companies we decided to go with One Hour to replace our AC units and it was mostly because of Art! He was professional, on time and took the time to explain the installation, warranties & financing without a bunch of BS. Plus One Hour had serviced our unit in the past and had done a great job.

We came home from the holiday weekend to A/C out!!! It was extremely hot!!! We just bought a new unit not even a month prior to. I called immediately and they were able to get someone out later that evening. It was our guy Scotty!! Once he got here he made sure the problem was fixed no matter how long it took!!! He is the best and now our A/C is blowing snowballs!!!!! Thanks for everything!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Matt took the time to answer my questions and was able to quickly get our heat pump system back up and running. I highly recommend them and have been using One Hour for many years.

Justin and Sean (Shawn?) were amazing. Their top concern was our satisfaction. Several mid install changes were accommodated and done with out hesitation. They stayed late until the job was done and everything was working perfectly. I have been in the field service industry for many years and would be proud to have these two techs in my organization representing my company. To bad I don't run an HVAC company!

They also were the most competitive of the 3 quotes we got for retrofitting our basement with a thermostat, zone control and dampers.

My thanks to Mr. Scotty Lowe. He has always been the kind of professional person that l have preferred to see representing any service business. I feel that this young man is one amongst the great team of professional staff members who has been out to my residence during my 12 years of doing business with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Every business operator can take a page from this company's professional staff.

Scott was very professional and thorough. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. He made sure we were completely satisfied. We find him to be a very trustworthy and honest person. The technicians that did the installations of our Air conditioner and furnace were very professional and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend this company.

Jack Snodgrass very professional and so very nice. He changed my filter, also checking my furnace, then did the maintenance on my air conditioner. He explained everything to me and what he checked for. Thank You!!!
