Art was the Salesman who sold us our units in 2021 and he really took care of us! He was as a friend who wanted the best for us from beginning to end! The guys who did our installation were great! We have no complaints and you can't go wrong using One Hour Heating and Air! (This one should have been posted last year when we first had it installed.) 2022: Since then, Justin came out last week and found some things that had come apart and needed reattached and he fixed them and the system is running better than ever and the air flow in the house is much better!
Today, 12/28/22, Jack came out because the alarm on the thermostat was going off and he checked everything and told us what the problem was and told us what to do if it happens again. Jack was wonderful to deal with, very friendly, very knowledgeable in this field and was very nice to talk to.
