Justin was very knowledgeable, he checked all areas and confirmed everything was working properly. He was able to locate the issue.

I've met Justin, Jack, and the owner Steven and they treated me very kindly. I never felt pressured to use their company or services. Instead of sending a sales rep, Steven came to my home and spoke to me himself, he was very patient and made sure I understood what was going on. All I can say is they did a great job!

Matt came in and showed out!! Overall great on both encounters. Matt was here within “one hour” and saved the day! He was knowledgeable, professional, and quick.

Great service over the 4-5 years that we’ve been a customer/GA homeowner. HVAC Technicians very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Everything with this company is in the details, even the company text notification system is top notch.

The technician arrived on time, and he was very thorough, courteous and professional. He was also knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a new system or anything that I did not need, which has happened to me with another local company with a lot of 5-star reviews. This company quoted me a fair market price, without a contract, which I really appreciated. I definitely will be a return customer. They also sent me a confirmation the day before to confirm which I also appreciated.

One Hour Heating and Air is amazing! My AC went out last night and I started the dreaded search of who to call. I like everyone else see all the ads for the big guys however in my Google search last night I came across this company and boy I’m glad I did!
The reviews were great and recent so I decided to call. I’m all back up and running. My tech Cameron was awesome👏🏽! He explained what he was doing , what that issue was and provided me three options for my repair and maintenance. Definitely will be using One Hour again and referring to my real estate agent community! Thank you again!

Scotty was great. Very upfront about the pricing and was also informative about what was wrong with the unit. He did not try to hide any info to try and up sell us. He was very friendly and approachable with any questions that I had.

This is the company you need to choose. After realizing our entire system needed to be replaced because of old age I had them come out to tell us what our best option would be. I felt absolutely no pressure from The technician to go with this company or any pressure to get more than what my home required. He educated me throughout the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. They gave me clear expectations and exceeded those expectations by showing up earlier than they said they were going to and finishing sooner than they did. The technicians Matthew and Luke did a great job and kept my house very tidy while installing our entire system. Give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it.
