    Ward was quick to call me back and was very responsive. This company is everything that people look for in a company; punctual, honest and fair. He went above and beyond to help and make sure my new thermostats were working properly and answered questions at any given hour. He was able to work around my schedule and was very pleasant. We will certainly use his services again.

    We called Ward in June when we came back from a trip to find our AC had stopped working and it was over 90 degrees in the house. I called several technicians but Ward was the only one to return my call. He was able to get to us within an hour and had the system running in no time. He was fast, efficient, professional, and tidy.

    Now, almost exactly 6 months later on Christmas Eve Day, when we are experiencing an unusually severe cold spell, we woke up to our house being 56 degrees! Ward was slammed with calls today but promised to get to us, and he did. He had the system running quickly and we went to bed with heat in the house. He definitely made this a very Merry Christmas! He is our number one guy FOREVER!!!

    Our AC was not working, I kept calling any company that would come out same day to fix it but everyone I called either said they were not available until few days or late next week. Everyone was fully booked. I called Mr. Ward and right away he called back. I told him the AC stopped working and for hours my family and I have been in heat. Lucky for me he was near the area doing another job and said he would come out an hour. Within an hour, he showed up and he assesses the issue. It turned out to be a bad thermostat. He did not take advantage of the situation he charge me a very decent price which I was so grateful. Other companies that I called were charging over 100 bucks just for the technician to come out and PLUS the service fee whatever the issue was. My family and I have been in heat for many hours and we were so grateful for Mr. Ward to fit us in his schedule. The AC is running very nice and the house is cool. Thank you very much Mr. Ward for your service, for being professional, and friendly. We will definitely call you for future services and will recommend to friends and neighbor.

    Ward has been my technician for all AC related issues at multiple properties of mine. He is the most honest person in the business, so definitely give him a call for a quote. He will beat the bigger companies price and tell you why you don’t need to spend that much. When I met Ward, I was being told I needed to spend thousands and he came over and said, nope you just need this $70 part. From then on, I’ve trusted him with any AC repairs and replacements. Call Ward, he’s your guy!

    Since moving from SoCal I have had a lot of negative experiences with contractors. It seems customer service is a lost art here in GA. Ward is a shining beacon in this sea of darkness. He gets it. Life would be much simpler if everyone did their job like Ward does. Prompt service and fair prices. What more can you ask for.

    The residential HVAC industry is littered with problems. Poor service, exorbitant pricing, broken promises, lack of accountability, and more. I called several of the "big guys", you know the ones with the billboards on the interstate? They determined that I needed to spend nearly $9,000 to resolve my problem. In many ways I despise the HVAC industry the same way I despise the cable industry or car dealerships. After dealing with dozens of these companies as both a home owner and as a landlord I was blown away by Ward's heating and cooling. Ward took at look at my $9,000 problem and was visibily upset that I was under that impression. He was certain that a replacement part and bit of standard maintenance would have me back up and running. He was right! He is seemingly committed to creating customers for life, not just in it for a single big payday like with the "big guys." That is a business model that is rare and I feel an obligation to support. Ward provided great communication, prompt service (in the face of overwhelming demand), fair pricing, and honesty that is rarely seen from the trades. Ward was willing to not only fix my problem, but show me the problem, share with me how he would resolve it, and was just friendly overall. I felt completely comfortable that he was both knowledgable and trustworthy. I do not often write reviews or endorse companies, but I am certain in the field of HVAC repair, Ward stands alone as the best option in the area for a great experience.

    Ward is the best. I’ve used him for a few different projects. He’s very knowledgeable and he really cares about his customers. He replaced my entire A/C unit and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. A year or so later, he came out to see why my thermostat kept going off and replaced it at the very last minute before a freezing day. I’ll always recommend him and his work.

    This company is outstanding. While other companies were NOT working on 12/24, this company was serving customers. That alone gives them an A+++. In addition, within minutes of assessing my heating unit, he diagnosed the problem and repaired

    Our AC went out Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and everyone we called said it would be 3-4 days until they could come out. Ward, on the other hand, came out within the hour. The problem was a broken switch and the charge was less than $100. The AC is now working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and honest, and did not try to upsell us anything. I even asked about replacing the old thermostat and he said, if it’s working, no reason to do that. We rate him 10 out of 10!
