My family's heating system broke over a pretty cold Friday night, and Ward was the only company we called who came out on the same night to come take a look. The owner was prompt, communicative, and gave us an honest assessment of the problem and solution.

Even though our HVAC was over 20 years old and falling apart, he did not pressure us or try to up-sell us at all, and just gently recommended considering replacing the system soon. This was really refreshing because most companies I've called out to do home repairs on our 40 year old house try to force us to replace things (things far less complex than HVAC systems) because they make more money this way.

We bought our house recently and were quite prepared to have to replace the system, so we ended up getting the whole thing replaced by Ward because we felt like they were the right people for the job. They did an amazing job - I wish I could recommend them 10 times over

Great company, I was looking for a local company and this one had great reviews so I called. My call was answered quickly, tech was very nice and understood the emergency we had & scheduled the appointment for the next day. Tech was puntual, repaired the furnace issue Iland gave advice on future maintenance. They were honest, did not try to upsell, tech was very courteous and professional. I kept their info since they will be my go to company the next time I have an HVAC issue.

I call them to get a quote. Because my house was so hot and A/C unit went out . They respond very fast and came to my house to fix the unit . WARD did a wonderful job I was so happy I would definitely recommend them I will definitely be calling them again.
