Greg is a quality pro. He tries to find ways to keep the cost down and then when you do need a big job done he prices fair. One thing for sure, he stands behind his work. It is also nice seeing a dad and son working together.

I have known Greg for 30 years . A better person can't be found. He quit a high paying company when I lost my job to help me in a time of need making less money. This job was borderline brutal. He spent his money to make this possible. He has supported many employees that had no hope . I used to get mad at him for doing so much free work while paying me when he made nothing. He bought me breakfast and lunch every day for years. A finer person would be rare compared to him. I am familiar with the lake lot and the complaints are false and delusional. Greg has done free work for this man at several different properties. Greg is an honest man who does not deserve anything less than a 5 star rating

I have known Greg for about two decades. He was always pretty good about servicing my various AC units at several different houses through the years. A couple of years ago I had a NEW unit installed at my lake property. It has never worked properly. It freezes up several times every summer preventing us from using our lake property during the summer. I called Greg again about the issue a few weeks ago when I arrived at the lake with yet another frozen AC unit. He took my call even though he was out of town on vacation. He asked some questions, offered some possible solutions and asked that I call him when he returned on 7/20/18. I have called him numerous times then and since and had ZERO response. I cannot in good conscience go about my day without sharing this as it is very sad to me that even after knowing someone for this length of time they are leaving me with a rather expensive new unit that he installed and has yet to work through just one summer. All the wasted days of not being at our vacation property are just too sad.

Greg has taken care of our HVAC for the last 15 years, He is honest & fair with his pricing.

It is unfortunate, but Greg Key Services took full payment for a job with the expectation that he would complete it, and disappeared after receiving payment, leaving half of the work incomplete.
