Best thing I can say is he showed up with a couple of hours and had a friendly disposition. He was not able to do more than pull out our VERY old filter and advise us to diligently replace it. He also advised us to remove the debris from our backyard and clean the 2 units outside, which we did that same night. However, NONE of this was the problem. It was actually the unit in the attic that was frozen. A few days later, my husband went up into the attic and discovered the problem and resolved it himself. When I called to speak with Billy, he was very combative, defensive, and loud. My intention in calling was to ask if he should have looked at the unit upstairs but was met with unnecessary behavior. I'm sure Billy has done great work for others but I can't say the same. When you own a business, you need to learn to dialogue with your customers professionally, especially if that's how they are interacting with you.

Our gas furnace quick working, Billy came out in a timely manner and got our heat back on.

We have relied upon Billy Butler for all of our HVAC maintenance, repair, installation, etc. for over two decades. They are awesome and Billy is very hands on with the quality of work and provides several options for whatever is needed. Recently we replaced 4 HVAC units in an old house we purchased. The units are a dream, the duct work was re-jigged for better flow, and the filtration system simply amazing. Billy arrived quickly for our Saturday AM service call. He was professional and took the time to help us understand what was going on with our AC. Absolutely the best very dependable and honest. I called him on a Saturday night and he was at the house with in 45 min's. Billy upon arrival had totally done the job in less than an hour. The first time I called Billy Butler HVAC was on Christmas Eve at 11:00 PM. My heat was out, it was 31 degrees outside, and my entire family was coming to my house on Christmas morning.

Monday Feb.11, 2019. We woke up Saturday morning to a COLD house. Fiddled with thermostat; husband checked the breaker box. Fan was running but no heat. We called Billy; a couple hours later, he was there. He didn't have a part with him that would fix the problem but said he would be back today to complete the repair. We are warm and toasty! Our cats are very happy. Billy has been our go-to guy for HVAC problems for several years. Our house is 25 years old and these things wear out. It is great to have someone you can trust.

We call on Billy day or night. He is always dependable. He installed us a new system with an filter system that I don't have to worry with. I called Billy Butler HVAC on a snow day of all days to come and fix my thermostat. The receptionist was professional and responsive to my needs and sent out a technician within a couple of hours. Billy upgraded our thermostat quickly and efficiently. He also consulted with us about ways we could use our system more efficiently. He was a true professional.
